PERFORMANCE EVIDENCE — the participant demonstrated the ability to: Complete financial information documents and reports used to monitor business performance, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements and trial balances; and communicate financial information using precise terminology across account summaries, balances, bank documentation, business activity statements, invoices and journal entries. KNOWLEDGE EVIDENCE — the participant was able to: Explain operational or departmental financial activities relevant to the industry including budgeting, forecasting and performance measurement; explain the purpose of the major financial reports; and distinguish fixed from variable costs.
