PERFORMANCE EVIDENCE — the participant demonstrated the ability to: Analyse information from a range of sources to define the scope and context of risk management; consult stakeholders to jointly assess risk and formulate an action plan; execute and oversee that plan, adjusting strategy on outcomes and feedback; and keep records of analysis, actions and evaluations. KNOWLEDGE EVIDENCE — the participant was able to: Outline the aim and critical components of prevailing Australian risk management standards; describe the legislative and regulatory framework shaping the organisation's risk strategy; and describe organisational policies and processes for risk identification, assessment and mitigation.
